At JRX Photomatik, our mission is to capture timeless, high-quality images that meet and exceed our clients’ expectations. We value transparency, professionalism, and your overall experience with us. Please review our Satisfaction & Returns Policy below:
Service-Based Sessions (Photography, 3D Tours, Weddings, Portraits)
- - Due to the custom and creative nature of photography services, all session fees and deposits are non-refundable. Once your session is completed, the time, labor, and creative work invested cannot be returned.
Product-Based Orders (Prints, Albums, Canvases)
- - If you receive a printed product that is defective, damaged in shipping, or incorrect, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost. We require notification within 7 days of receiving the product, along with photos of the issue.
Digital Images & Edits
- - We are committed to delivering professionally edited images that reflect our signature style and your specific requests.
- --- Included Revisions: You may request up to two (2) rounds of reasonable revisions on your final edited images (color correction, exposure adjustments, basic retouching). Further edits beyond this may incur additional fees.
- --- Re-Shoot Policy: In the rare event of a technical failure or significant issue caused by us, JRX Photomatik will offer a complimentary re-shoot at no additional cost, subject to availability. No re-shoots will be provided due to client lateness, no-shows, weather conditions, or dissatisfaction with appearance.
